二訪這家法國fusion菜,由於上回覺得是驚喜大發現,因此這回約另一位在觀塘區上班的好友到來慶生。壽星在餐後也大讚水準高,說午飯時間要與同事來試試!開胃菜是巴馬臣芝士薯撻,外脆內流心,單就賣相已非常吸引,可謂先聲奪人!麵包籃有三款麵包,全都溫熱鬆軟,當中芝士酥和紅菜頭包特別美味。前菜選了各一,薄切鱆魚配鱘魚籽醬,整碟都是吃得出的新鮮,賣相亦賞心悅目。鴨乾法式焦糖燉蛋超級美味,鹹甜有致、層次豐富。湯亦想多試一款,因此也點了各一。兩款湯都在客人面前倒入盛有配料的湯碗中,是高級餐廳/酒店級的做法!試了一口紅菜頭甘筍湯,濃稠足料。龍蝦湯配西班牙紅蝦他他超級美味。意粉選了蕃茄忌廉海鮮手工意粉和黑松露手工意粉。非常喜歡餐廳的手工製意粉,質挺掛汁富彈性。前者有帶子、青口和蝦,朋友說蕃茄味香濃;後者有松露油和新鮮松露,這回稍稍偏鹹,不及上回般恰到好處,因此味道的評分扣了0.5。下回再訪,要奪回5分滿分啊!主菜點了西班牙伊比利黑毛豬,餐廳用上了上乘的西班牙豬腰肉,由於食材優質,因此無需全熟,如舊信任侍應的推薦選了八成熟,賣相粉嫩吸引,肉質細膩富油香。朋友的法國巴巴拉鴨胸配梅子醬,酸甜開胃。甜品是荔枝玫瑰

甜品是荔枝玫瑰慕絲蛋糕配士多啤梨醬,各種味道都平衡得很好,壽星那份寫上了生日祝福。
最後點了熱咖啡和凍檸檬茶作結一頓愜意的晚餐。

來慶祝生日的話,餐廳還會為客人拍攝即影即有相片,夾附在餐廳員工寫及畫有祝福語句的生日咭中,做法與酒店級餐廳如出一轍,大廚老闆果然來自五星級酒店。
