好耐冇食過鐵板燒,估唔到原來觀塘呢個位有鐵板燒食!😆首先就係時令沙律,沙律菜都非常新鮮,加埋酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁好開胃🌟跟住就梗係到主菜龍蝦出場,龍蝦嘅膏會用返嚟作烹調龍蝦之用,而龍蝦殼亦都會保留用嚟煲湯,一啲都唔浪費,龍蝦肉鮮味彈牙!🍤🍤🌟跟住就到銀鱈魚,我食魚嘅時候好怕食皮,但師傅悉心地將魚皮煎到香脆,冇咗嗰陣魚腥味,咁樣食真係幾特別🌟之後就到A5宮崎和牛薄燒,首先係將蔥炒香左,再用和牛片包住嚟食,加埋炸蒜真係好香,牛味好香但又唔會覺得油膩,因為底下有塊麵包給左多餘嘅油份🙈🌟跟住就係和牛炒飯,飯粒炒到金黃色,粒粒分明,唔會黐埋一舊舊。蛋花同蔥都切得好平均好幼細,師傅嘅刀工真係好犀利!係食嘅時候店員都會好詳細解釋每一道菜嘅製作,令大家更加清楚自己食緊啲乜,服務周到,真係唔錯!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
