To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甘味對我尼講係有童年回憶,以前住港島東個陣,成日會去杏花邨食,搬左去新界之後就無食過喇。前排係皇室堡睇完戲先發現原來銅鑼灣有,就入左去食~以前最中意食佢既蕃茄湯底烏冬,佢都算係早期興起蕃茄湯既餐廳,當時覺得好新鮮,後尾先慢慢開到周街都有蕃茄湯。平日夜晚都唔多人,一入去就有位。我叫番我以前成日食既滑蛋巨形蟹棒讚岐手打烏冬 $64 當然我會轉蕃茄湯底,要加+$10鋪滿蟹籽既蟹棒的確好巨形,有好多件,個底填滿哂烏冬,所以其實個湯唔算多蕃茄湯底依然美味,新鮮,唔係味精味,好開胃。加少少七味粉更加惹味~朋友就叫左雜錦鍋燒讚岐手打烏冬 $76,我食左一啖個天婦羅蝦,都好大隻。個湯都好夠味,又足料另外我地仲叫左個小食 雞軟骨餃子棒 $38 ,佢唔係平時包餃子會每邊包實哂,佢係就咁包一圈底面煎,咁樣令個皮好脆!加上入面既碎雞軟骨粒,好有咬口,好香口,好食!
