To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 豆乳湯底就必要㗎啦~一人一爐嘅好處就係唔洗就來就去,好似媽咪唔食牛又唔食得辣同豆腐,就可以揀嗰藥材湯底喇,其他人都可以揀返自己想食嘅湯底,試多幾隻味又得,自私食又得。溫野菜食過幾次,都未試過藥材湯,今次叫咗先發現原來咁正,首先個店員會攞哂啲藥材料嚟,如果你有咩唔食可以同佢講,佢唔會幫你落嗰幾種你唔食嘅嘢。試一啖湯,藥材嘅味道真係好重,一開始有啲似小肥羊個湯底,但加咗肉落去,之後個湯就更加甜。食匀哂咁多隻湯底嘅肉,發覺豚肉放落藥材度淥係最好食,因為有啲藥材味,其實會令到塊肉個味更突岀同更加特別。蕃茄辣湯嗰湯底係咁多隻入面最麻麻嗰隻,無論飲定淥嘢,都好普通。淥菜嘅話,其實又係藥材湯底最好食。豆乳湯底除咗整到腐皮之外,真係毫無作用,仲要最sad 係我今次都整唔到腐皮岀嚟食😩😢右上嗰個係和牛湯底,淥牛ok 既,但其他我覺得藥材贏哂。打邊爐湯底第一,配料第二,溫野菜向來啲配料都好唔錯,今次食七折menu, 各種肉都要點到啲,豚肉x藥材第一,牛同雞都唔錯,反而今次啲菜麻麻地。
