To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

－直食開金寶，但係覺得佢越嚟越一般，今日阿仔打完波，行過泰皇閣，6點未夠，已經有幾枱客，決定試吓😁叫左醃蟹青木瓜沙律、青咖喱牛肉、炭燒安格斯牛柳，整體食物質素幾好，價錢又唔貴，環境又坐得舒服，九龍城食泰國菜又有多一間選擇🥰醃蟹青木瓜沙律，醃蟹非常咸，整個沙律偏😵‍💫炸蝦餅爽脆甘香，炸得剛剛好青咖喱牛肉，我個仔的最愛，牛肉大大片，配搭香甜的咖喱，偷飯賊😛炸蝦餅非常爽脆，鮮味😍燒安格斯牛肉必叫，牛柳嫩滑多汁，配上微辣的泰式青檸醬汁，好吃到停不了口🤩
