Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚下班後約了朋友去吃潮州菜,餐廳在牛頭角,裝修很新,很光猛。飲茶文化亦很有趣,茶還挺濃的。店員的服務很親切和貼心,亦令人留下好印象。滷味作為潮州特色食物,所以要了一碟拼盤,由於朋友不好吃鵝腎,故店員安排了以鵝肉、腩肉和紅腸為主打,配有滷蛋和豆腐,上枱時夠熱,而且入味。菠蘿蝦球不僅賣相靚,味道亦出色,蝦球大而且爽,菠蘿有焦糖的感覺,酸酸甜甜。海蜇手撕雞配爽口青瓜,味道不過不失。而蠔仔粥料正味鮮,而蠔仔很飽滿。
