To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前 知道瑞吉酒店開業 就想去試新餐廳 見今日朋友 可以放半日假 捉咗佢同我 一齊 試新嘢 一向都幾鍾意食點心 如果有時間 一個星期都會去一兩次 飲啖茶 食個包 聽聞 潤 中餐廳 請到曾經國金軒操刀洪師傅 所以有啲期待 今次試幾個點心 保持一貫水準 用料新鮮 賣相精緻 值得一試環境方面 感覺有蟬味 入到去 裝修寬敞 座位舒適 服務生 招呼周到 始終係酒店 有一定水平美中不足價錢 有點小貴 性價比不高
