To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咖哩蟹 好差 個醬味道算正常偏淡，唔緊要 蟹殼係完全無敲碎到 個廚懶到咁，想問隻蟹點入味？反正都急凍， 醃佢七七四十九日？经理Sale話咖喱蟹話好多膏 （廚師推介🤣）膏係真係多冇講錯但$550 隻急凍膏蟹 （計埋加一）好抱歉冇影到相，唯有口述薄餅，仲要另外收錢 質素仲要差 塊餅 乾爭爭$26薄餅一塊，一個包掌咁大 （同樣急凍可以包兩包）安格斯烤牛肉有泰式辣椒醬 味道係OK 但牛肉比較韌都無個蟹咁離譜菠蘿炒飯 較濕 （水準算正常）通菜 係全場 最好食 香茅水有陣燶味芒果沙冰 都可以好難飲 原本見到店內既溫馨提示都幾加分睇到啲好評完全明點嚟？定係換咗廚師？結果係咁 買單差唔多$1000完全唔知食左啲咩，3/10 完～
