To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🤫 話說家中長老ss即將要移民英國..然後作為上海佬嘅父親大人話想試吓位於利苑嘅十里洋場..咁所以我哋一行八人Book好六點鐘嘅枱嚟呢度食返餐以作餞行
🤫 十里洋場餐廳名詩情畫意..裝修走高級路線..價錢亦都係中高價..可惜比我嘅第一個感覺係..服務並未去到應有嘅水平..首先好多餐廳都有指定嘅入座時間..問題係你要我Book 六點枱..竟然真係搭正六點正先開門..然後所有早到嘅客人全部迫喺門口度等候..雖然餐廳準時開店係冇錯嘅..但係係咪會有更加好嘅安排呢🤨
🤫 咁我哋終於埋位然後揀吓嘢食..落Order嘅時候嘅嗰位落單阿姐呢~(我唔想尊稱佢做侍應..因為態度囂張到好似去咗茶餐廳🤷🏻‍♀️) 父親大人好聲好氣想問吓生煎包Size大約幾大..因為時下嘅生煎包好多都偏大嚿..未必個個屋企人都食..呢位阿姐竟然一句話”生煎包呢啲嘢唔可以Share個喎”咁樣..其實問Size幾大就代表要Share 㗎喇咩💁🏻‍♀️ 總之全個過程成個態度我都覺得佢只係一個落單阿姐..絕對冇利園裏邊應有嘅服務質素
🤫 好啦好啦~我發洩完啦😂認真講吓啲嘢食..我家老頭子出名嘴刁..一眼就睇得出小籠包唔係即叫即製..係翻蒸龍虎榜..不過個人認為小籠包入邊嘅湯都好多而且有鮮味..不過不失啦..另外正宗嘅四喜烤麩應該係手撕麵筋..然後呢度係用刀切開一粒粒嘅..雖然都非常入味但係手法唔夠正宗..可能係我腌尖咗啦
🤫 鎮江肴肉份量OK..味道亦正常..同其他上海舖同等質素..比較想讚吓嘅係黃金蝦球..鹹蛋黃醬汁調配得宜..鹹甜味適中而且脆口唔油膩..蝦球仲非常大隻爽口..呢味菜絕對推介
🤫 然後醬燒茄子冇乜特別..感覺係重醬汁嘅煎釀茄子..走油元蹄方面..呢個都OK嘅..元蹄入邊嘅瘦肉都OK鬆軟..肥豬肉唔會好油膩..而且成隻元蹄都入味亦都好鬼大隻..多人一齊食係非常適合嘅
🤫 再嚟就係另一個要讚嘅項目~醃篤鮮..喺香港地醃篤鮮真係已經比較少見..所謂嘅醃意旨醃製嘅鹹肉..篤就係以慢火長時間煨煮嘅烹調方法..而最後嘅鮮係純粹鮮味嘅形容詞🤪十里洋場嘅醃篤鮮係出色嘅..竹筍鹹肉嘅鮮味鹹香全部都能夠引發出嚟..再加上份量相當多嘅百頁..乳白色嘅湯汁味道濃厚..連飯腳仔都要添飲
🤫 最後講埋生煎包同埋甜品炸芝麻湯圓..正如前段所講..呢度嘅生煎包並唔係父親大人心裏面嘅生煎包..最起碼個包並唔係生煎嘅..應該係蒸熟咗個包先再煎到個底香..不過又咁講..有幾多人要好似佢咁刁鑽先得㗎..我自己就覺得生煎包個底都煎得好香脆..入邊嘅湯汁亦都好多好濃郁..都不失為好味嘅生煎包嘅..至於炸芝麻湯圓..有些少搞笑..個樣根本就係迷你煎堆仔..Any肥..新鮮滾熱辣上台..好味嘅
🤫 總括嚟講..十里洋場環境裝修雅致舒適..燈光稍微昏暗..嘢食都屬於中上嘅品質..甚至有幾味係值得推介..唯獨係服務態度有待改善..真心~一粒曱甴屎可以整壞一鍋粥..所有職員嘅服務幾友善有禮都好..一個阿姐嘅服務態度影響觀感..你話幾唔抵先🤯
