To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 8月22日6點光顧,已知道要8點交枱,但估不到爆場。 原來是日是初十五,難怪會咁多人。雖然full house,但侍應哥哥Alan都常常留意有無需要斟水,留意到佢好敬業樂業,跟客人交流得令客人很好開心。食物方面樣樣都好食喎,真係好好食。 中湯西湯都好出色。另一個收銀哥哥都好抵讚,聽到我們講一句:有埋蠟燭就好了。 怎料無幾耐就送上一枝蠟燭來,還主動點火拍照。I will be back
