Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諾士佛臺有不少富有異國風情的餐廳,其中一遊日本料理性價比頗高。餐廳地方不小,環境舒適。有不同種類的日式料理,例如串燒、壽司、生魚片、小吃、鍋物等,價格合理。蟹肉餅是非常流行的一道前菜,口感外酥外嫩,清甜爽口,陶胃下酒兩相宜!南瓜口感濃稠幼滑,略帶蓬鬆的質地吃起來感覺輕盈,啖啖呈現出香甜滋味。壽司有三文魚、甜蝦、帆立貝、沙旬魚、吞拿魚等,完全能食出材料鮮味!我就最推薦串燒,燒和牛串、牛舌、蕃茄串、鷄肉串各式其式! 將和牛切成一口,更容易將肉汁鎖住! 一口食落去肉味係口腔散發!
