Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前喺尖沙咀返工,間唔中都會同同事去諾士佛臺嘅居酒屋一遊聚餐,轉工之後就比較少光顧,移咗民嘅同事最近返港話好懷念呢間老店,就約埋幾個舊同事重遊舊地。今日唔飲清酒,我哋四人都叫咗唔同口味嘅sour,同事嗰杯grape sour顏色最靚。先嚟幾樣前菜小食,海鮮沙律($118)有幾款時令魚生,搭配生菜等和特製醬汁,整個配搭好清新。安康魚肝( $108)同炸白子 ($168)都超好味,特別係個白子,第一次食炸嘅,新鮮炸起外脆內軟,口感非常奇妙。另一樣必點嘅係一遊嘅signature東洋卷($ 78/兩件),牛油果加鰻魚同蟹子,捲成一個哈哈笑圖案,外層嘅班戟皮係好軟滑,食得出廚師嘅用心。去居酒屋點可以唔食串燒,今次叫咗鹽燒活鰻($78),燒牛舌($52),明太子雞串燒 ($32),燒雞皮蝦 ($88),燒秋葵($30)各二,全部都好好食,明太子雞串燒同燒活鰻要趁熱食。壽司十貫 ($220)有吞拿魚, 金目鯛, 金時鯛,深海池魚王,北海道海膽,魷魚,吞拿魚蓉,炙燒伊佐木魚,赤蝦......最後仲加左個雜錦刺身飯,裏面有三文魚子,帶子, 金時鯛,海膽,醋飯亦調製得恰到好處,為呢餐畫上完美句號。另外值
