To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們跟團食團體餐,但想吃多一些東西,於是點多碟豉椒炒蜆 ,侍應說我們八位,兩斤才夠吃,所以我們要了一碟炒蜆再加多碟豉油王炒麵,餸菜上嚟之後,那碟蜆有頗多未開和有殼沒有肉的,碟炒麵就正常,隨後侍應就給我張單,一睇之下,共收$560,碟炒麵$120,即係碟蜆要440蚊,明細看返,來料代烹$164,海鮮代收$276,即係話一斤蜆$138,我們要了兩斤就$276,但為何我在這裡落單要有來料代烹的收費呢,侍應和我說這裡全條街都是如此,因我落單前沒有問清楚,當下唯有做羊牯,結帳了事,所以在這裏提提大家要留意
