Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐點很精緻,服務很貼心,在大館的the Chinese Library,在優雅的環境下,品味中菜,不管是家庭聚餐還是朋友相聚,是讓人想要一再光顧的好餐廳。港式點心之外,中菜更是讓人眼睛一亮,油蔥脆皮雞讓人異常驚艷,皮酥肉多汁,讓人一吃還想再吃。和牛炒飯、湯品和鮮魚湯烏冬表現都在水準之上,大人小孩都叫好!唯一美中不足的地方是,許多餐點都帶有辣味,如:黑椒和牛酥、拉撒小籠包都帶有辣味,讓小孩無法放心品嚐,很可惜。
