和朋友來這裏吃個串燒晚餐,想不到最後坐了兩個半鐘,是久違了的寫意晚餐。前菜有三款小食,最出色的當然是柚子醋醃白蘿蔔,清新的柚子香味,開胃得很。串燒雞肉加了一些燒汁和紫蘇葉作調味,雞肉又鮮嫩,咬下去吃到肉汁。大蔥雞肉串香味十足,蔥已經燒淋了,入口容易咀嚼。串燒雞翼香脆的外皮,配搭簡單的調味,些少鹽已經帶出雞肉的鮮味,和令到肉汁保留在雞翼中。燒沖繩豬手濃郁的醬汁配上木魚和香蔥絲,加上豬手已經是軟腍的質地,入口很滋味。鮟鱇魚肝人口有點像芝士蛋糕的質地,卻帶有魚的鹹香味,是日本高級的食材,作為佐酒小吃一流。芝士年糕中間軟熟流心,當然是串燒必吃。招牌炒飯材料有香蔥、飯素、炒蛋和雞肉粒,份量都幾大。
