同朋友去銅鑼灣睇野,順便食個靚飯,他好想搵間好食既燒鵝,到最後係時代廣場附近搵到間不錯既燒味檔。來到間燒鵝專門店,見門外掛起一隻隻燒鵝、叉燒、豉油雞,就流哂口水。【油雞/燒鵝雙脾飯】燒鵝:明爐自家燒製而成,鵝油豐盛,鵝皮又脆,肉質又嫩滑,加上梅醬就一流。油雞:皮彈肉嫩,仲帶點玫瑰露香味,再配埋葱油一起食,顯出雞既鮮味。【一人餐 - 燒鵝、叉燒】晚上都有抵食套餐,跟單/雙拼燒味、郊外油菜、老火湯。燒鵝:微微暖既燒鵝真係好好食,外皮香脆,入口皮連一起食又夠鬆化。叉燒:表面色澤又紅,邊位又燒到帶點焦濃,外表不錯。用上五花腩燒,半肥瘦又均勻,肉質又夠軟淋。例湯:合掌瓜豬骨湯,材料勁多,味道濃郁。【叉燒(例牌)】朋友食了一舊之後發覺好好食,之後再叫左碟例牌,食食下發現有人想叫叉燒已經賣哂,真係估不到咁快賣哂。入口又有咬口,推介之一。
