To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 朋友介紹話呢間好食，一黎到已經勁多人排隊，原來咁多人食。入到去我地叫咗火鍋放題嘅D餐，鹿兒島黑毛和牛嗰個餐同埋揀咗有機豆乳湯底。豆乳湯底奶白色，好滑好香豆味，唔洗較好大火啲食物都好快熟。鹿兒島黑毛和牛果然真係好好食，啲雪花紋好靚，奥洲和牛無咁肥牛味重過鹿兒島，兩隻都切得好薄，好快熟，嘅肉質好淋一啲都唔韌。菜類就一般般。
