天氣又開始凍啦,依d時候就緊係打邊爐啦,行過尖沙咀見到有間新開嘅火鍋餐廳禾璽牛肉海鮮火鍋,新野就緊係要食下啦!佢依到除左散叫之外,仲有2人、4人同6人set,今次叫左個2人set,入面包括招牌牛骨清湯底、新鮮吊龍一份、招牌脆皮雞一碟、新鮮雞雜 一碟、牛肉丸一份、油條一份、高山筍心一份、蔬菜拼盤一 份、飲品兩杯。野食都幾多,所以我就講d重點野食啦1.吊龍吊龍依家野唔係間間餐廳有得食嫁。手切出黎,刀功都好好,所以唔會太薄又唔會太厚,所以淥大約十幾秒就食得。吊龍肉質鮮嫰,牛味都好夠,而且唔會韌,打邊爐就岩晒2.脆皮雞切得都幼細,所以又係淥幾淥就食得,肉質唔鞋口,而雞皮食落又真係脆口嫁wow,好特別,而且唔會話好肥,所以食落唔會成口油3.新鮮雞雜雞雜處理得非常乾淨,聞唔到有內臟嘅異味,食落都爽口,最估唔到係有雞子同提燈,好岩食內臟嘅人整體黎講,餐廳食物質素高,而且價錢唔算貴,有set有散叫豐儉由人。
