To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情幾年,的確令香港人的生活習慣改變了不少,包括晚餐時間。以往,七點幾八點晚飯好平常,但今時今日,好多人七點已開始吃,甚至更早,譬如我們今天的飯局。主人家早已寫好菜單,人齊起菜!打頭陣的拼盤,鱈魚餃和嘉美海珍三丁餃做成不同顏色及形狀,但均做到皮不黏牙,餡料豐富味道好。另一款粗身像滬式脆鱔的東西,原來是冬菇,難怪口感與我想像有點出入,卻又幾好食,師傅有心思。葡汁雞粒酥,真的似雞仔在啄嘢食的樣子,造型維肖維妙。咬落酥化,葡汁令成件事更香,呢款點心,唔係得個樣。飯聚餐單總離不開湯水,花旗參石斛竹絲雞,打開盅蓋香氣四溢,足料是必然,花旗參亦沒預期中咁霸道,喝得很舒服。酥炸生蠔用上的是美國桶蠔,個子自然巨大。大啖咬下,香脆而內裡好Juicy,廚子仲好巧妙咁加入了海苔,令味道與層次生色不少。全晚的菜色都是位上,不過食雞又總要原隻拿出來才有體面。據聞是採用無激素的平原雞,雞皮唔會好厚,皮下脂肪少,而師傅拿控火侯亦好到家,肉質件件保持嫩滑。更吸引的是店家秘制之蔥油,令各位紛紛舉手要白飯來伴之。再來的都是雞,但完全是另一形勢呈現出來,因為是川椒雞。香到不得了,非常惹味,仲要加入左鵝肝,使唔使咁邪惡呀?簡

簡單的一碗蝦乾肉碎浸菜苗,之後便是甜品環節,葛仙米雪蓮椰汁露的椰香十足,蛋撻是鬆脆的牛油皮,勝在夠熱辣,新鮮出爐的蛋撻必定好吃。

九點幾鐘食完走人,條街鬼影都無隻。
