To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時係太古見到呢間都無試過，今日係呢頭行開竟然見到有，就入去試下。叫咗個豚肉眼丼，就算叫regular都好多塊，有成5-6塊，如果叫特盛唔知會有幾多🤣可能係肉眼位，食落好腍，唔會乾同咬唔開，配埋啲肥膏食落好香口，加上佢似炙燒，又多咗個燒嘅香味，本身少咗食肥嘢都忍唔住食哂。另外個set仲有茶碗蒸、前菜、同甜品，性價比都幾高，唔駛$100有齊咗多嘢。茶碗蒸都幾滑，甜品亦都幾好食，唔會太甜，下次可以係太古再試。
