陣容豐盛,除主角外,「配角們」也是不弱,魚肉、蝦仁、帶子、魷魚、杞子、菇菌混在其中,乍看不見海參的蹤影,原來是寶物沉歸底,份量相當;足夠每位也吃得上Q彈軟滑,高蛋白質、滋補而低膽固醇的海參!

適時來點菜蔬最好不過,芥蘭翠綠爽甜,且又見花膠的芳蹤,更是令人精神一振!以上湯浸煮得鮮而不濃的一道菜令人吃得甚是舒暢。

魚翅撈飯係七、八十年代常聽嘅口頭襌,當時經濟暢旺,口袋寬裕的個個都爭著顯派頭;今次更在「基本版」中加入大量海鮮;置頂的鮑魚令豪氣再添霸氣;每口飯也沾滿香濃的紅燒翅湯,邊吃邊自覺就是暴發戶中的一員!

雖然天氣仍未完全轉涼,但這卻是壽星仔的至愛之一,當然要叫來一試;香脆的枝竹和爽口的生菜,永遠是羊腩煲的最佳拍檔,這兒的炸枝竹做得尤其出衆。皮煙韌、肉富乳香而不過膻、不愧是山東羊!
