海老虎即係蝦湯味噌湯底，亦都係最多人推介😍！湯底好濃郁，舖上滿滿櫻花蝦。有塊叉燒但幾韌🥲，仲有2粒神虎獨有🐷手打豚肉丸，混合蓮藕粒增加口感，不過味道一般般哈哈~
✧The crowd favorite has a pleasing and rich shrimp-based broth, with the generously portioned sergestid shrimp as the cherry on top. The charsiu is however, disappointedly chewy🤭. The ramen shop’s homemade pork meatballs are infused with lotus root to elevate the texture, yet they just taste so-so.😅

呢個係海老虎豪華版，多咗一舊好邪惡嘅豬腩肉👍🏻😋😋！個人認為一定要試，炆得好軟好入味！另外多咗溏心蛋同味付筍，隻蛋係好完美嘅半流心，可惜調味就重手咗啲。筍都唔錯，份量仲好多添🥰
✧As the luxurious edition of Shrimp Miso Ramen, the Special is complemented with a clear standout- the simple but decadent pork belly💯! The extra toppings include a half boiled egg and bamboo shoot. The egg is a bit too salty, while the bamboo shoot is yummy.

平時去拉麵舖啲芽菜都係任食，第一次見到要收費🥺。份量唔算好多，偏辣，幾新鮮爽口😆~
✧Most ramen shops do not charge for spicy bean sprouts, but you have to pay for the dish here. Luckily, the vege is fresh and crunchy, tho rather spicy and in a small portion. 😉
