To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我唔敢話自己識食,但身為一個吃貨,我心知平價唔等於劣食,貴夾唔飽亦唔一定好食的大道理,所以我一向以「值唔值」為指標。.之前宵夜宵到過埋夜見到班主持食到讚不絕口,就決定去豪食一餐!$500幾蚊食個Lunch Omakase應該係我近年食過貴得黎又覺得性價比最高既一餐!師傅發辦 - 壽司14貫定食 $518餐廳中庭係張L型枱,由三個師傅負責,每人同時接待幾枱客,即使客人唔同時間入座都能夠兼顧每位客人進度。師傅先上前菜,沙律及茶碗蒸。之後預備食材,待客人吃完之後,便開始製作手握壽司,逐件放在碟上。每件壽司除了刺身新鮮,師傅亦配搭不同調味,並向客人作介紹。師傅說場內不同師傅或有不同的出品,這更令我感受到鮨燐的Omakase跟我以往在別的日式餐廳師傅發辦不一樣。看師傅製作手握壽司就如看著一個藝術家創作,而他亦細心留意到客人左右撇子而在擺盤時有不同方向,過程當中亦有傾談交流,我除了享用美食之餘亦享受這個段用餐時間。.當日14貫壽司依先後序為下真鯛魚/ 辣椒蘿蔔蓉帆立貝/ 青檸汁深海池魚赤貝/ 柚子皮間白魚/ 面豉醬𤘪丹蝦/ 蝦膏梭子魚/ 醬油炙燒松葉蟹/ 加蟹膏撈匀鰹魚/ 洋蔥汁明河太都魚/ 芝麻

食完主菜就有碗腐皮蕎麥麵同柚子雪芭,非常滿足!
食物賣相好之外,味道亦有質素,每件壽司唔駛再點醬油wasabi都好好食,其他前菜甜品都好味!加上師傅及店員貼心服務,絕對加分,物有所值。
