自從上次和朋友吃過串燒後,簡直是愛上了。一有空就想去吃。今晚預約了尖沙咀的mokumoku。幸好有預約,非常的爆滿🤣。🔸️醃蕃茄 有點類似鼓油的醬汁醃的 蕃茄,輕甜少鹹, 很開胃的一個前菜。🔸️白子第一次食白子, 口感稔稔滑滑咁,好得意。原來沒有怪味,靠 醬汁調味, 推薦!🔸️粒貝 即是響螺刺身。 這個賣相一流啦 ,而且當晚的刺身很新鮮, 響螺是爽脆的。🔸️天下第一刀豬的刁鑽部位,所以售價比較高, 咬下去豬味十足, 配合 秘製醬汁 ,十分惹味。而這個部位比較瘦 ,個人喜歡油花重一點的部位。🔸️雞翅一上枱面之後,看到雞翼燒得金金黃黃,已知道超得,咬下去果然是 外脆內軟, 極度推介!🔸️西班牙豬肩肉🔸️顎骨肉🔸️西班牙夾心肉🔸️厚切白金豚肉 入口軟稔軟稔的,加了點胡椒,火侯十足,好香。🔸️豬心有點像雞腎的質地, 沒有怪味, 而且加上了辣分在上面 ,香香 辣辣好可口。🔸️豬腰子朋友愛吃內臟 ,所以點了佢喜歡的豬腰。我一向不喜歡豬腰的粉嫩質地,而這串串燒 的口感剛好不算粉。串燒上灑了大堆胡椒粉, 辟去了豬腰的味道。🔸️柚子檸檬酒柚子檸檬酒配串燒好夾,解膩開胃。🔸️乳酸 梳打比柚子檸檬酒更易入口,感覺酒精度較低。
