To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡凍檸茶，一向是有茶味又順口的。但近期凍檸茶，淡如水。這次是1個比較新及年長的服務員，我切開豬扒時肉還有點紅，感覺不熟，我要求再炸，怎料她說唔係唔熟，不理睬我就走了……之後我叫另一個服務員過來，要求再炸，怎知她又是說‘’唔係唔熟，我問肉紅色唔係唔熟，係咩？佢只答‘’唔係唔熟，係咁嫁‘’！另外我要求走芽菜的，來到有滿滿的芽菜！米線有點煮不熟，硬硬的！這個早餐，只食到1半，不飽。
