生菜包有生菜片,沙律菜片,三條紅蘿蔔條,三條青瓜條,三片薄荷葉,車厘茄兩粒,辣椒粒同蒜片。個自家包飯醬係牛肉粒加麵豉醬,再加左少少白芝麻粒同辣椒粒,又辣又甜,當然要同菜一齊食先得,配蔬菜好啱!

韓式蒸蛋好大鍋,係用成個鍋上嘅,近鍋底嘅蛋有少少燶味不過其實唔係燶,好特別。蒸蛋上面加左少少菇片,蟹柳,蟹籽,同蔥花,食蛋食到脆脆蟹籽都幾得意。不過呢款蒸蛋唔係中式嗰啲好滑嘅蒸蛋。

從六款自選朝鮮小品當中揀左呢款和牛他他。賣相唔錯,和牛他他加左蔥花同白芝麻粒,上面一隻大蛋黄,整穿咗隻蛋黃之後就撈埋啲和牛他他。和牛他他好嫩。伴碟仲有少見嘅蘋果絲,辣椒粒,蒜蓉同紫菜片。見到咁嘅陣容,梗係用紫菜包住和牛他他,蘋果絲,蒜蓉同辣椒一齊食啦,不過主要食到紫菜味,所以都係分開食好食啲。除左紫菜,仲有一塊好特別嘅葉,比紫菜厚身好多,我哋都試埋包黎食,不過味道實在係太特別啦。

服務員首先拎左成舊是日熟成牛肉介紹俾我哋知,係西冷扒黎嘅。塊牌寫住熟成開始同結束日子,仲有最佳食用日期,而級數係Prime級。服務員介紹得好詳細,連雪櫃温度係1至2度去熟成都有講。呢度有28至45日既熟成牛肉。餐廳設熟成櫃,會自己調整同跟進熟成程序,令到每一舊肉都有獨一無二既味道。

熟成西冷扒牛味濃而唔韌,係比平時嘅扒稍微乾左少少,但係都唔算乾,就咁食都得,點酸酸哋嘅燒汁食更好,服務員建議可以點鹽食,另外仲有好勁嘅日式芥末可以點。

跟餐甜品居然係大大杯軟雪糕,仲加左蜜糖醬,雪糕好滑,實在係大大滿足。

呢餐好飽又食得好開心。座位舒適,傾偈勁正。經理又極有禮,服務好好。值得一提係呢度係用機械人幫手上菜,好新奇!咁嘅價錢唔算貴喎,特別係個餐真係好多野食。見到呢度有3間獨立既VIP房,都幾大,多人黎包房可能都唔錯。
