To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 廚師發板十分流行,部份餐廳因名氣大,索價甚高,.部份係名牌過嚟其實。而位於尖沙咀嘅鮨燐係近期食過最價錢合理,貨真價實嘅廚師發板之一。鮨燐位於中間道商業場內。環境舒適。我哋選了1480的套餐,已經豐富非常,食材用料十分新鮮。第一道上枱嘅係冷盤三食,包括香濃美味嘅蝦仁蒸豆乳、茄子和日本螺,螺肉幾甜。刺身共有七款北海道珍蠔 上面舖了一層jelly ,提鮮 !鯛魚薄切、薑蔥拌池魚,以紫菜包着吃、間日魚刺身、火炙間日魚春魚 梭子魚 拖羅燒吞拿魚腩蒸金目鯛是今晚唯一的熟食,火候剛剛好,蒸得相當出色。間場以桔味果凍清下舌頭味覺。再次開始食壽司:北海道帆立貝活赤背賴尿蝦深海大池魚地金目鯛所有壽司都用咗擊傷美味新鮮嘅海產。飲完海帶蜆肉湯、最後再品嚐埋滑滑嘅抹茶奶凍,一餐美味嘅廚師發板便完結了。
