Restaurant: HONG KONG DAY

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新開張不久,貪新鮮,去光顧。餐廳位於商場入面,門口有職員遠距離大聲呼叫途人,問:「幾多位?」,做法低檔。餐廳内部環境擠迫,座位狹窄,枱面面積小,枱面已放了一籃餐具,但是欠叉,無叉用。港滿足常餐58元,沙嗲牛肉即食麵配日本農場炒蛋、香腸、火腿、牛奶厚多士。沙嗲有花生味,牛肉一般,香腸火腿正常,即食麵太淋,湯底清清地,厚多士外脆内軟。頭抽乾炒M5澳洲和牛炒河粉78元,賣相吸引,牛肉軟味道不俗,炒河粉多油是正常。熱奶茶濃滑。
