To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小弟在太興吃過早餐, 下午茶, 燒味外賣... 都覺得不錯, 所以想跟大家分享一下 味道早餐之一 "頂級午餐肉煎蛋公仔麵" 一向都做得不錯, 份量也充足, 只是湯太鹹, 有很多食客都會要求少鹹, 小弟這個不太好鹹的人便要求淡湯 下午茶的 "正版星洲炒米" 有鑊氣, 蝦仁有2-3粒, 份量亦有4-5 碗仔.. 可是已經叫了少油, 但比想像中多油下午茶其二的 "雞中翼"(全名忘記了, sorry), 有4 隻, 說多不多, 說少不少... 但味道搭夠, 好味道!當然也不可不說著名的 "冰鎮奶茶", 茶濃奶滑 --- 正!! 在太興叫凍飲不叫 "冰鎮" 很傻至於燒味, "叉燒" 呢, 小弟就覺得不果不失啦... 有些地方做得比它好而價錢又平宜些可是, "燒肉" 呢, 就是一流了! 當然, 小弟勸告大家要在每日兩個燒味出爐時才購買, 會新鮮多半... 建議買1 條外賣斬件, 跟女朋友在人少的地方 "野餐" 環境店內有多張卡位, 地方也寬闊, 多人時不會太嘈吵... 而且冷氣十足, 是消暑好去處價錢比一般茶餐廳貴, 但比翠華平宜... 份量亦比貴價茶餐廳多服務比一般茶餐廳好, 每張卡位抽屜有刀叉

叫燒味外賣時客氣些跟師傅說話, 得到的部位會好些

要注意 "冰鎮奶茶" 的杯子會被循環再用, 不可以拿走... 小弟認為店子環保意識不俗, 抵贊!
