To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天中午去鰂魚涌海光街嘅隨心吃午飯，中午時分，飯店都坐了不少客人。因為朋友鍾意食酸湯魚，所以叫咗個貴州酸湯魚二人份。貴州酸湯魚湯底唔會太辣，有好特別嘅味道，湯底有青瓜，菇類、蔥、蕃茄同埋好多薯粉，魚肉亦都好多，鮮甜新鮮好味。👏🏻👏🏻好多人都會嚟呢度食荔枝灣咕嚕肉，咕嚕肉好脆，味道甜甜酸酸，開胃又好食，而且仲有荔枝同埋好多菠蘿青椒，係送飯嘅開胃小菜。🤤🤤🤤朋友鍾意食乳鴿，叫咗一隻即叫即整的紅燒乳鴿皇，加埋淮鹽一齊食，非常入味。👍🏻我哋叫咗一壺洛神玫瑰花茶，茶裏面有洛神花、玫瑰花、茉莉花同埋山楂，有利消化，又有益，推薦大家可以試吓！🉐🉐🉐
