To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隨心太古坊打工人中午吃什麼，這家隨心的海南雞有口皆碑，這次晚市來吃又別有另一番滋味。貴州朋友親自認證的貴州酸湯魚，濃郁的湯底，有新鮮番茄蓉，脆爽黃瓜，入味什菌，還有厚厚的新鮮魚片，配上火鍋寬粉，湯底不是很辣，超級好喝暖胃，據朋友說加了貴州特有的木薑子油，所以風味獨特，開胃鮮甜。香辣海鮮粉絲煲一上來就發出滋啦滋啦悅耳的聲音，粉色裹上香味撲鼻的黑椒，整塊整塊的扇貝肉，帶子，還有大蝦，用料很足，惹得旁桌客人都側目。魚湯鮮茄雲耳浸時蔬，新鮮清淡的時蔬，素食主義者一定會愛上，味道香而不鹹，蔬菜嫩而不爛，火候剛剛好。每一份份量都足到我們兩個人三道菜都扶牆出的程度，各位加班人夜宵之選，誰不想下班後吃上一頓熱騰騰的餐飯呢。
