入西貢梗係要食海鮮,食海鮮我首選勝記。睇曬成本menu,好多都無寫價錢,係海鮮價。上次嚟食過佢個二人餐,一於再食。1)白灼海中蝦:新鮮嘅蝦,白灼係最好嘅品嚐方法。啲蝦好鮮甜彈牙,配埋少少辣嘅辣椒豉油,唔鹹得嚟又食得出鮮甜味,正!2)脆皮滑金磚:脆皮一啲都唔油膩,稍嫌厚咗少少🤏豆腐好滑3)自家製酒糟粉絲蒸帆立貝:食唔出個粉絲有咩特別,不過佢無灒啲油落去,所以比較清而且唔膩。帆立貝經細心處理過,無咗裙邊、腸、同埋好硬嘅嗰舊肉,非常好👍🏻4)椒鹽鮮鮑魚:味好唔鹹,鮑魚亦都係新鮮嘅,亦都唔算細隻👍🏻不過如果佢地再洗乾淨啲隻鮑魚就更好。5)金不換炒蟶子皇:蟶子唔老,好嫩而且有鑊氣!好鮮甜,連啲配料(洋蔥同青椒)都好好味。6)芝士波士頓龍蝦配伊麵:我勁中意食芝士伊麵,呢個配搭真係好好!龍蝦比上次嚟食再大隻啲,呢道菜性價比高,伊麵索曬啲汁,又入味又彈牙🤤🤤🤤7)上湯浸時蔬:清湯浸白菜仔,一人幾條菜已經食完,無咩特別。8)自家製甜品:三舊糕,分別係桂花糕、益力多糕(無食錯的話)同埋柚子糕,三款都無咩特別。店員服務唔係特別殷勤,不過都會幫你換碟、斟水、俾多幾張濕紙巾。之前嚟西貢有試過啲乜記乜記海鮮,同呢

之前嚟西貢有試過啲乜記乜記海鮮,同呢度真係完全無得比。勝記嘅海鮮真係新鮮,煮得真係好食啲。不過二人餐加價都加得幾犀利,早一兩年都係800幾,今日再嚟食就$12xx😵‍💫都真係算幾貴,所以都係呢間嘢無乜客人嘅原因?

不過平得嚟嘥quota 同貴得嚟好食,我傾向揀後者😬
