To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間太興,係我坐過咁多間太興最舒服既一間,因為我有朋友住係富榮,而我好耐以前經常都上朋友屋企打通宵機,而有時又訓一兩晚,所以附近既食品,基本上我都有試過....而太興出名燒味,不過,我唔多試,因為我朝早要返工,平日我朝早會同朋友食個早餐然後先去返工,不過係太興食早餐,仍然要面對一個字"貴"...差唔多要40蚊一個早餐,有時我同朋友夜晚打機打到冇食晚飯,之後就等到太興開門去食兩個早餐,埋單!?每位80啦...係附近或者出面,每人已經食到四個早餐了...不過,佢地既份量當然都有番咁上下,但係分得太散了,例如,有既,又唔會有粉麵配埋一齊...要既話就要分開嗌...其實真係有d搶錢之嫌...至於佢地開忠名義既無冰奶茶,其實,都並唔係有咩咁特別,我係灣仔,連依家既美心,都已經見識過...奶茶!?奶味有既,但可以再撞得多幾次,始終唔夠滑...我個人黎講,一個正宗既港式早餐,係香港人不可缺少,我寧願分量少,但每樣都做足港式早餐風格,咁至係生存之道...有麵,有蛋,有多士,咁先係架嘛....不過值得一讚既係,佢地既卡位真係好舒服,尤其係早上冇咩人去太興既時候,我同個好兄弟就會坐上六人既卡位度,輕輕鬆鬆

我個人黎講,一個正宗既港式早餐,係香港人不可缺少,我寧願分量少,但每樣都做足港式早餐風格,咁至係生存之道...有麵,有蛋,有多士,咁先係架嘛....

不過值得一讚既係,佢地既卡位真係好舒服,尤其係早上冇咩人去太興既時候,我同個好兄弟就會坐上六人既卡位度,輕輕鬆鬆睇下報紙,食個早餐...
