To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 佛誕趁熱鬧,入長洲欣賞飄式巡遊。在巡遊前先食個午餐,幾乎所有食肆也佈滿了遊客,在漫無目的下走進這間,不知是否佳節闗係,飯麵套餐價錢比市區更昂貴,差不多五十元,一點也不大眾化。而為了下場師妹甜品,三個人只要兩個餐。羅漢齋炒河-芡汁勁多,似漿糊般十分糊口,從小就怕食這杰杰的東西。雪菜肉絲炆米-顏面鮮艷,有雪菜的綠,另有燈籠椒的紅黃,三種交通燈顏色。米粉炒得爽口,不會過份零碎。甜酸齋-可能是自家製,當然沒有一般齋舖來得專業,沒有甜酸醒胃,蠔油味過重,麵根過硬,而且一細碟也要$20,真是太貴。

羅漢齋炒河-芡汁勁多,似漿糊般十分糊口,從小就怕食這杰杰的東西。

雪菜肉絲炆米-顏面鮮艷,有雪菜的綠,另有燈籠椒的紅黃,三種交通燈顏色。米粉炒得爽口,不會過份零碎。
