日本料理割烹意思指要求材料新鮮,切割講究,擺放藝術化,注重「色、​香、味、器」四者的和諧統一。見到銀行卡有TASTING MENU 買一送一優惠(原價: $1980/位);見到唔同youtubers都推薦下就訂座試試。十一道菜嘅TASTING MENU 另外加$880 有6杯 SAKE PAIRING幾款前菜分別有凍嘅蟹肉米紙,酸嘅蘋果魷魚凍湯,熱同甜嘅MISO魚湯,同鮮嘅魚生片作結。酸度令到胃口打開時隨即送上剛剛用紫蘇葉包住海膽炸好嘅tempura,呢個方法處理有啲危險,因為原塊紫蘇咬落唔似平日我哋食炸物咁爽脆,但海膽的確好鮮,兩者互相揮舞。主菜分別有:✨酥炸麒麟魚伴西芹同黑蒜汁,未經打麟嘅魚原來咁好味!每一口都係鮮甜脆。非常出色。✨A4鹿兒島和牛伴南九州紫薯,覺得呢個菜式好夢幻,塊A4和牛肥美程度就好似睇卡通片一樣閃閃發光,完美呈現入口即溶。✨北寄貝加檸檬汁西班牙飯,呢個飯處理方式非常法式,而北寄貝好鮮甜,加埋咁濃厚醬汁簡直就係絕配。主菜後有三款甜品;而我覺得一間餐廳會令我回憶佢哋菜式好食就算成功,而HAKU三堤主菜都令人回味,但除咗三款主菜,我就對其他食物無乜特別印象;清酒嘅款式

十一道菜嘅TASTING MENU 另外加$880 有6杯 SAKE PAIRING

幾款前菜分別有凍嘅蟹肉米紙,酸嘅蘋果魷魚凍湯,熱同甜嘅MISO魚湯,同鮮嘅魚生片作結。酸度令到胃口打開時隨即送上剛剛用紫蘇葉包住海膽炸好嘅tempura,呢個方法處理有啲危險,因為原塊紫蘇咬落唔似平日我哋食炸物咁爽脆,但海膽的確好鮮,兩者互相揮舞。
