今晚我哋兩個人都想食海鮮,又想經濟實惠啲,就揀咗御名軒。餐前小食-咸香花生($15):新鮮脆口,鹹味適中。冰鎮南非鮑魚(每隻$58):見呢款菜式係晚市廚師推介,而且呢個菜式平時比較少見,就叫兩隻試下先。南非鮑魚一向質感厚實,口感一流,廚師應該都花左啲時間同埋用咗濃汁去烹調呢種食材,唔單止令佢入味,而且仲令鮑魚有咬口得黎又唔會話咬唔斷嗰隻。蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝($138):1客有4隻,見呢個價錢咁經濟實惠,完全冇諗過佢咁大隻,所以嚟到真係有驚喜。元貝蒸嘅時間啱啱好,一啲都唔韌。粉絲索曬啲蒜蓉味,忍唔住食晒。蘇格蘭蟶子皇(每隻$42):因為我本身好鍾意食蟶子,所以叫咗三隻。既然元貝用咗蒜蓉粉絲蒸,蟶子就試下唔同嘅味,用豉椒炒先。蟶子好大隻。煮嘅過程應該冇乜點縮水,厚肉有咬口,肉質爽口。用豉椒炒的確係惹味。個汁好多洋蔥同青紅椒塊,有啲菜食吓都幾好。游水沙巴龍躉($108):目測條魚約一斤(同餐牌上面所講嘅相符). 肉質爽彈,連魚肚位置都唔會覺得腥,一定係真鮮魚先做到呢個效果。簡簡單單用薑蔥蒸,已經好鮮味。呢個菜式係晚市三寶嘅其中一款,所以係好抵食(平時喺街市買一條新鮮嘅沙巴龍躉都$8x). 紅豆
