To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳以火車站為主題，每個角落均有不同的裝飾，打卡位甚多～小曼谷炒米粉～材料有蟹柳、豬頸肉、蝦及札肉，十分豐富，米粉炒得也乾身，每口也有濃濃的咖哩味，米粉外圍還用煎雞蛋皮蓋上，感覺更有特色～小曼谷海南雞飯～雞肉十分嫩滑，雞皮還帶點爽身的，雞油飯香味十足，飯粒分明，旁邊還有一個海南雞醬汁，味道酸酸辣辣，很開胃～泰式炸蝦餅～蝦餅十分厚身，外脆內彈，質感厚實，還有一個泰式酸辣醬可沾來吃，做餐前小食非常一流～
