餐廳可分為兩part , 一part 近廚房,我坐另一邊,較靜,中間有門隔開,私隱度高啲,幾好,可以慢慢食。先上麵包,麵包細細件,四邊都脆,即係話係切開咗再焗,唔係原個焗好切開,分別在於多面脆定一面脆但外脆內軟,我個人就鍾意脆啲。餐前小食好精緻,有啲香囗,一般都好少選香囗野做餐前小食,會用淡味。starter 我地加咗88蚊選咗帶子,帶子好大隻好有囗感,外面係用波菜包住中間有少少松露,另一個係蝦,蝦尾脆脆地,炸過,幾香,配蜜瓜汁,好清新。optional可用88加多個course, 係三文魚,我地都想試,上檯時係見唔倒三文魚,用個水晶球cover 咗,裡面係薰緊,1分鐘後打開,三文魚係42度慢煮再薰,同平時魚生唔同,質感會嫩滑啲,三文魚無調味,旁邊有少少紅菜頭汁。main course 揀咗牛同豬,牛有啲筋,個汁都麻麻,豬幾好,係濟州黑毛豬,食得出慢煮,因為真係嫩囗唔諧,之後再燒一燒,有啲炭燒味幾香,而且切好晒,食得好方便,啖啖肉有啲heavy, 旁邊用蘋果做咗千層,酸酸地可中和返,幾好。甜品係朱古力蛋糕同蘋果蛋糕,蘋果蛋糕好味,另外旁邊雪糕係有果肉,唔錯。最後當然有我最愛嘅mocha
