九月第四個星期二晚上,尖沙咀。最近閒下來才想到,作為一個吃貨,好久沒有吃得好一點了,在網上看到這家新開的專門吃鮑魚的餐廳,記得友人好像愛吃鮑魚,於是就訂位子跟他嘗嘗。門面貴氣逼人,有一載滿高級魚子醬的精緻小馬車,櫥窗展示著魚子醬雪糕蛋糕,極品南非鮑魚等高價食材,我們懷著興奮的心情急不及待走進去。走進去的佈置很有驚喜,牆上掛上畢加索和梵高畫作,每個卡位都以莫內名畫作區間,全是我喜愛的畫家呢,寶藍色絨布沙發跟它們非常搭配,猶如置身叢林間一樣。原來這裡的菜是瑞士米芝蓮一星名廚Jean-Marc Soldati監製的,他曾經為瑞士航空設計頭等及商務航餐,國際上享負盛名,衝他而來的我們當然要品嘗他設計的Deluxe Tasting Menu了。Brut Millesime珍藏香檳,吃飯前先來一杯香檳,這是名廚特選的香檳,還是2009年的,愛品酒的人自然知道這是葡萄豐收的好年,還是香檳標誌性的年份之一。色澤呈現麥田般的通透金黃,氣泡豐盈細緻,香氣綿長而富有層次,口感清爽,餘韻悠長,整體平衡。香煎法國鵝肝伴沙律,鵝肝煎香後外脆內嫩,伴以意大利陳年黑醋降低油膩感,甘香可口。鮑魚松露扁意粉,黑松露有季節
