To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這天朋友突然提議在銅鑼灣吃飯我就選了較少吃的印尼菜🇮🇩這家餐廳開業已有七、八年幾年前也已吃過食物款式和食材都不錯價格也親民看看這次能不能像以往一樣保持水準😉✩‧₊印尼花膠湯斑蘭雞粉皮($88)ʀᴀᴛɪɴɢ: 𝟽.𝟻/𝟷𝟶斑蘭雞和湯粉皮是分開上菜的🐓花膠有兩三塊口感緊實爽口杞子湯粉皮順滑頗具養生的感覺雞肉不乾柴但稱不上很嫩滑但很厚實沒有點綠色的醬汁(推斷是斑蘭醬😂)味道都很夠這個價錢來說已是頗有誠意🫶✩‧₊印尼四大天王飯($88)ʀᴀᴛɪɴɢ: 𝟽.𝟻/𝟷𝟶既然什麼都想嘗試就點了這份雜錦飯配料種類豐富💫巴東牛肉醬汁開胃不太辣肉質偏厚實🐮海南雞與上述的斑蘭雞是一樣的香辣小魚乾較辣幾香口🐟更有一些沙嗲配菜另外可加$5升級至椰漿飯🥥✩‧₊羊肉沙嗲($48)ʀᴀᴛɪɴɢ: 𝟽.𝟻/𝟷𝟶羊肉無臊味🐑沾上沙嗲醬更滋味✩‧₊士多啤梨沙冰($48)ʀᴀᴛɪɴɢ: 𝟽.𝟻/𝟷𝟶沙冰很大杯🍓炎炎夏日點一杯夠清涼✩‧₊箭葉果混柑橘蜜($33)ʀᴀᴛɪɴɢ: 𝟽.𝟻/𝟷𝟶第一次見有箭葉果幾有趣上網搜才知道原來是青檸的意思🍋‍🟩喜歡飲青檸冰、柚子蜜的朋友不可錯過🧊
