To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

忽然間好想食意大利野所以就嚟咗呢間食🙈🎈Amuse Bouche x 4 咁我就選擇介紹最好食個個🙈，自己比較鍾意食海鮮所以覺得佢係4個入面最好食嘅。三文魚子唔會腥👍🏻🎈生牛肉。芥末。朝鮮薊。火箭菜 $288佢地個生牛肉已經mix好左，我覺得味道較淡，我酸味同鹹味都唔夠🙁如果酒味重多小小就好🎈藍龍蝦。西西里香桃。蕃茄。魚子醬 $388藍龍蝦好食👍🏻質地適中，藍龍蝦嘅味道同普通龍蝦唔一樣，有種好特別嘅鮮味，永遠見到menu有都會叫🙈🎈西西里扭紋粉。紅蝦。莙蓬菜 $428扭紋粉做到al denté，紅蝦分別係由西西里同西班牙泥嘅，個人覺得西班牙嗰邊好食啲😂🎈烤羊架。香草。茄子。黑椒汁肉質軟腍，佢哋係用咗bb羊，唔記得幾多個月大🙈總之就好食
