To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年係呢度都食咗唔少次,因為佢一開始的賣點係288元有8兩翅,後來可能太多人光顧啦,所以加價成368元八兩,八兩的份量就見到隨時間有些許減少,最近,除咗價錢加到438元,裝翅的碗亦都縮咗水,同侍應反應,佢都係默不出聲,好明顯都知道自己的食材有同描述不一致的情況。其實,如果你認為個價錢冇得賺,就唔好賣咁平,做完一段時間的推廣,可以變返原價,依家,又要好似減咗價,但又要食材縮水,今次真係有d失望!咁樣只係會趕客囉。
