To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾個人去銅鑼灣食飯真係好多選擇, 又要岩口味, 價錢又唔好太貴, 另外就係唔好太嘈同埋枱與枱之間唔好太密, 今次就揀左潮江春, 之前都有來食過幾次, 主要係食物質素唔會差, 服務亦幾好, 另外就係好多時都會有唔同類別既套餐選擇今期佢地有好多唔同既優惠, 包括 AE, HSBC 卡既優惠, 另外餐廳自己都有優惠套餐, 由於今次係 4位男士, 最後就決定 $988 呢個優惠 4人餐,  套餐包括 4餸, 1湯, 2甜品 ! 點好菜, 等左 10分鐘左右, 鹵水鵝拼盤就到, 鵝肉切得厚薄適中, 帶少少脂肪, 好滑, 墨魚片夠爽,  原本套餐既豆醬雞賣哂, 改為走地雞, 肉質爽嫩滑, 再來係XO醬帶子蝦球, 兩位主角都好大隻好爽口, 而且 XO 醬炒得好香好夠味,  清蒸沙巴斑, 估唔到都幾大條, 好新鮮, 個杏汁豬肺湯非常濃郁, 絕對唔係行貨, 最後來埋個瑤柱蛋白炒飯, 炒飯好夠火喉, 米飯粒粒分明夠乾身, 講真各樣既份量都唔細, 炒飯來到既時候都已經飽左 8成,  但炒得咁好, 無理由唔食架主菜來哂食完, 換上了甜品, 先來紅棗糕,  新鮮熱辣而且唔會好甜但好香紅棗味, 另外一樣係楊枝甘露

主菜來哂食完, 換上了甜品, 先來紅棗糕,  新鮮熱辣而且唔會好甜但好香紅棗味, 另外一樣係楊枝甘露, 始於有芒果做主角, 點都會甜少少, 但可以接受 !
