正潮樓係灣仔嘅分店經常座無虛席,可見其質素,終於係銅鑼灣再開分店,位於利園地段,更顯高級食潮州菜一坐底都會飲番杯功夫茶先,細細杯,茶甘味濃,另一樣我好鐘意嘅就係菜脯做前菜,脆脆地鹹鹹地,食到停唔到呀當日叫左呢個晚市特價套餐,一個食厚菇焗鮑魚($488/位)、一個就食厚菇炆海參($438/位),另外1-2位就可以揀3款菜色首先食左最期待嘅鮑魚同海參先,兩款都扣到入曬味,$500唔洗有得刀叉鋸鮑魚海參,真係爽yy第一款小菜揀左滷水拼盤,有豬紅、大腸、五花腩,下面墊有豆腐另外揀左食潮州菜唔少得嘅潮式炸蝦棗,夠彈牙,唔油膩,一人一粒岩岩好最後係揀左方魚蠔仔粥,估唔到二人份量又幾大碗,又估唔到蠔仔係咁大粒又多,作為蠔怪,表示食得好開心
