To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現在yoho mall 無論任何時間拍車都有位,所以昨日星期日去食lunch。經過北京樓被門口個超值底食午餐牌吸引,即入去試。$78 套餐,麵食+小食各一款,茶餐廳價錢,當然未計茶錢及醬介啦,但都值回票價。可惜,無林過北京樓出品咁差。擔擔麵,湯無甚麼麻味及醋味,有一層紅油在面,吳算辣,但不能話係擔擔麵。蕃茄蛋刀切麵,原來吳係放湯,黎到係一大碟麵上面淋一層用糖煮的蕃茄蛋醬汁,同茶餐廳食果d 碟頭飯一樣,可能收茶餐廳價錢就比番同價格的野食掛,小籠包無問題,生煎包樣好靚,但個底吳知點解好實,吳可以用脆黎形容。如果茶餐廳出品就算啦,但係北京樓阿!最後要提下門口果位無禮貌知客,同佢講我地2位,佢無答但回頭同佢同事講其他野,吳知佢想點的情況下佢突然羅枝雷射槍指住我額頭,原來要量體溫,跟住黑起塊面轉身帶我地入座。後尾見佢同隔離抬熟客不知幾好笑容。不過其他服務員係好有禮貌的,環境亦非常舒適, 會試埋佢個4人套餐,希望吳會太差。此優惠只限每日lunch 。
