To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 入東涌約太座食飯，一風堂推介黑拉麵配廣島蠔，一座下來先點杯生啤，一上枱係一杯超冰凍啤酒，啤酒泡上有一層薄薄的冰，入口甘甜再點一客必食煎餃，雖然有十隻，但係越嚟越細隻，同初期食到嘅煎餃子並好遠不過味道還可以。拉麵上枱，湯夠熱味濃厚，麵身爽，而帶出蠔嘅鮮味食咗麵之後再來替玉（加麵），當然湯也是一飲而盡。順帶一提就係可以叫服務員送上鮮蒜頭，由自己按照個人喜好加入自助蒜蓉於湯麵一起食，麵是建議超硬身，因為太軟身沒有咬口。另一個題外話，正宗日本湯麵是比較咸，因為可以加飯一起吃。
