兩日一夜嘅staycation,有dining credits,一定係揀米芝蓮三星嘅唐閣啦!🤩 餐廳有兩層,沿着樓梯行上2樓,整個餐廳主要用紅金兩色作裝潢,濃濃嘅中式古典味道,奢華得來唔庸俗,淨係佢個天花都好夠貴氣。由於下晝我哋已經食咗好多嘢,喺飽飽地嘅情況之下,我哋兩個人就選擇咗一人客餐($1,680)share再加兩隻蟹蓋($210/each)。我見上網好多人都選擇Tasting Menu,原因係好自然比佢隻蟹蓋吸引咗,但我哋發覺一人客餐都有唔少佢地出名嘅菜式!我哋落單時問侍應幫我哋分嗰一人客餐,佢非常之細心,每次分之前都會俾我哋影一影相先(無事先要求架),而且碟碟餸都分得好平均,仲擺返靚靚咁上,一啲都唔馬虎!👍🏻❤️開胃小菜落完單後上咗個開胃小菜,酸醋青瓜雲耳配炸蝦,青瓜雲耳好入味而且酸味啱啱好,炸蝦好彈牙,唔洗點任何汁都好好味!好食度:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(4/5)❤️唐閣特色拼盤 - 海紅葉涼拌螺片,蜜汁鱈魚,蜜汁叉燒呢度上菜時睇得出侍應細心位,佢有留意到我食開胃小菜時用左手夾菜,所以我同朋友淡到濃嘅擺盤方向係唔同架!加分!🥰螺片大大塊非常之爽口!

螺片大大塊非常之爽口!但海蜇偏喊。蜜汁叉燒好大件,非常之厚身,燒得唔錯肥瘦都啱啱好!蜜汁鱈魚外面炸得好香脆,入面又保持到鱈魚嘅滑溜溜口感😋再配埋佢啲蜜汁,真係無得輸!我覺得係全餐最有驚喜嘅一道! 點解可以咁好食架!😍😍
