1. Amuse Bouche

一共有三款,
首先試咗春卷!裏邊有好清新嘅味道幾特別!

最欣賞係紅蘿蔔撻,皮脆餡靚!入面嘅餡係混合左紅蘿蔔醬汁同埋有少少辣嘅感覺,層次口感非常多!

另外一個係好似甜麵包嘅感覺,有少少麵豉味,同埋蜜糖味配上椰絲,都係食得出廚師利用唔同色材嘅味道同埋口感,一開始就已經好有驚喜!

2. Starter:

呢道前菜見到都唔捨得食,最喜愛之一!試咗佢個Panna係非常之滑,混合左喺個底下面嘅青口,加埋魚子係鮮味無窮!

3. 2nd Starter
呢道望落去好似冇乜特別,但唔係一般嘅小雲吞。小雲吞裏便有好香口嘅腸同埋菌類,加上面頭嘅farm to table 芫荽BB,混合上嚟係成口都係濃香,你會想再食多啲!連個湯底都飲清晒!

4. Bread
麵包就真係只此一家,因為佢哋係自己特製嘅麵包!麵包本身已經有浸清淡嘅豉油香味!淨食已經覺得好香,配合佢哋自己調配mustard butter 令到味道再提升咗!

5. 3rd Course

起初見到覺得好得意,有兩隻小雞腿,原來係用本地黃土雞,慢煮出嚟,所以非常之入味,外皮係脆到不得了,入邊啲肉係非常之滑!

呢道菜係其中最喜歡㗎,本身係用馬友魚做底,上面有非常之新鮮來自日本嘅北海道海膽賣相非常之好之餘,鮮味甜味充滿口腔!

Pigeon

佢哋用嘅Pigeon係好嫩滑,一啲都唔鞋口,煮法都係其他餐廳未食過,半生熟,咁好似食緊魚生一樣,我自己本身唔係太食生食物,所以就覺得麻麻地,但係個味道係好好!

呢度主菜我自己個人就好鍾意,因為最鍾意食和牛。材料靚一定就冇得輸!配合一個酸酸地嘅醬汁都幾特別!

8. Pre-Dessert

驚喜陸續來,估唔到甜品都係非常之特別創作!

呢個係用藍莓整到好滑嘅,好似雪糕咁樣!自家製嘅雲呢拿油,唔會冚左個藍莓味要你自己嚟試吓先至可以講到個感受!

9. Dessert

呢個原來係受一個傳統馬來西亞飲品嘅靈感,啟發轉化成一個唔同形式展現嘅甜品!淨係睇佢製作嘅手法已經好吸引,再加上裏面個普洱茶雪糕加小麥草醬汁,估唔到混合起上嚟係好特別嘅味道,兩樣非常之配合!

10. Petit Four

唔係一般嘅四件餅仔,每一件都仲係繼續去到最後用心嘅製作,同埋創意真係要比滿分!

貝殼餅皮脆內軟,熱辣辣嘅!另外有一個好似以前舊式嗰啲蜜餞油皮,當然佢呢個好食好多啦!最欣賞嗰個望落去好似好硬,其實係青檸味嘅棉花糖甜酸度非常之合適!

由一開始食到尾真係用咗兩個半鐘,每一道菜都係廚師都會介紹!實在感受到嗰份熱誠!對食物質素要求嘅熱誠!

我哋覺得今次周年紀念嘅體驗真係非常之開心,都建議大家可以係啲慶祝日子嚟呢一度試吓!
