Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳我好耐之前同舊公司d舊同事來過食farewell飯,當時大家都稱讚話好好食,估唔到咁耐之後再返嚟,啲嘢食一樣保持到咁好味!呢度真係好適合同朋友飲返幾杯杯,位置好方便咁樣喺尖沙咀嘅諾士佛臺,呢到好有feel。呢到玉子燒好出名,個個都話一定要叫,除咗恐龍蛋未,佢個蘿蔔蓉都完全冇苦澀味,配埋一齊食好正。我今次第一次食鴨胸蕎麥麵,佢個湯底青得來都好夠味,蕎麥麵唔會整得太軟,鴨胸熟度剛剛好。來呢到當然要飲酒啦,我地今日叫左黑啤同apricot sour,每人都飲左幾杯好開心。
