To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

凍薪咗兩年，今年終於有得漲人工，家姐話要食得豪D，哩間位於土瓜灣既Nonsense bookmark咗好耐，更黎試下啦。哩間餐廳裝修得幾有型，好多位置都好啱打卡，我同家姐今日叫左佢地既招牌菜海鮮芝士咖喱鍋，再加兩個主菜同一個小食，多謝家姐請食飯。🟡炸軟殼蟹海鮮芝士咖喱鍋烤油餅呢個海鮮鍋幾乎好多枱都有叫，中間放左原隻軟殼蟹，旁邊配有多種不同海鮮，如青口、蜆、蝦等等，軟殼蟹酥脆香口，size都幾大隻，咬落去蟹肉都幾鮮嫩，芝士仲要做到拉絲效果，咖喱汁用上沾上脆卜卜既烤油餅，唔錯唔錯。🟢黑毛豬脆片、卡邦尼意粉卡邦尼意粉估唔到好大一份，配料有煙肉、芝士同忌廉汁，意粉煮得啱啱好，唔會好硬。同埋醬汁都比得好多，每一啖意粉都好多cream，食落真喺好yummy，上面加左大大塊黑毛豬脆片又幾吸引，睇得又食得🔵烤羊架配烤蔬菜羊架是靚料，食落沒有任何筋，不會食到有渣，七成熟要求，廚師亦做到，羊架面加上適量香草調味，唔會有好大陣羶味🟣黃金魷魚軟骨呢個作為小食都幾好，香脆可口既魷魚軟骨送酒或飲品都唔錯
